I met Josef when I started to work at Austroconsult. He was my boss for 2 months and a good mentor.
Josef has an excellent knowledge and experience in project management, esp. in military projects and he does what needs to be done to finish the work. He was one of the best supervisors I worked for and it was a great pleasure to work for and with him.
I have known Josef since 2003 when I was a member of The Saudi Air Force team for Hezam Al Ta’awen project. He was consulting for the project on behalf of Austroconsult.
In 2007 I was assigned as a project director and he was still on the same project. We worked together for four years up till 2011 when I left the project and changed my career to BAE Systems as a Customer Support Manager. Josef is very smart and professional in his job, he is cooperative towards his work colleagues and he is very friendly.
We exchanged knowledge and experience during the project and sometimes we disagreed on some points, but in the end we used to agree and reach the point where the success of the project was achieved. I personally gained a lot from knowing Josef and I’m proud of that. The good thing is that we still keep in touch and I hope we will continue to do so.
