Mediation

Hands on Mediation! It requires three (3) or more people, teams, organizations, nations, etc. The skill to successfully communicate with and between two or more parties and to search, find, sell and agree solutions to mitigate or remove conflict or to achieve a goal. Mediation can be also always deemed as an agent’s work, where both parties trust and deploy an agent as a mediator to find a feasible solution for both parties. Our mediations include consultancy and are covering all aspects of project implementation, any material and services and human resource searches.
Mediation protects your privacy, it protects your interests. Mediation for items and services we do in the following field:

A peace loving people do not like conflict, but conflict is unavoidable, at least until now. Where conflict is we would help because we are able to gain insight and knowledge about a conflict and related problems that may augment a conflict.
As such, we need to understand a conflict first and see if it is possible to work for both parties sharing the conflict. A very important capability also to avoid conflicts before they are coming up in full swing. We see the following goals in conflict mediation:

  • Understand situation (collect information and listening first, studying subject specifics and the environment)
  • Stop escalation (get agreement to mediate even-handed)
  • Provide options for resolve and discuss (prepare and review options for both conflict parties)
  • Forge a settlement or agreement between the parties (close out the problem)

Before advice can be given, the situation must be understood. Problem areas have to be identified and discussed with both parties together and a schedule to be agreed. For the analysis of a conflict, we can use different angles of view. To provide an example let us look into the nature of the conflict type. Is there something positive in the conflict or are there only negative conflict items, i.e., parts of the conflict. Doing a division of a conflict in its parts will show you many details you need to understand about a conflict.
